2013 Small Fry
2013 NAPA VALLEY
Small Fry perfectly captures the dark fruit, medium tannin and balance of classic Malbec.
Small Fry exhibits medium, rich red color; and possesses a vibrant nose of red currant and red cherry aromas with subtle dried herb notes.
Lively on the palate, Small Fry exhibits crisp fresh fruit flavors with very round tannins that firm up the finish and give it good length.
Nearly opaque black garnet color. Bright, roasted aromas of grilled berries, toasted grassy herbs, caramelized nuts, and olives with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, amusing, medium-long nuts, baking chocolate and coffee, mocha, and earth finish with firm, barky, chewy tannins and heavy oak. A nice supple malbec with a dry elegant style.
