2013 Pere

2013 Pere

Pere 2013 Atlas Peak, Napa Valley
Cabernet Sauvignon

Our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is named after the suave, dapper and much beloved patriarch of Debb's family.

Pere exhibits deep, dark red color with a garnet hue.

This wine's explosive nose is packed with blackberry and black currant fruit notes, integrated toasty oak notes and some earthy, spicy notes.

Balanced and concentrated on the palate, this full bodied wine has flavors of fresh fruit, cigar box, graphite and dark chocolate. The sturdy tannin structure forms a great anchor that extends the long finish.

Pere Wine Information

Our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is named after the suave, dapper and much beloved patriarch of Debb's family.

Our winemaker, Kian Tavakoli, creates a classic Bordeaux - style blend, which perfectly captures the unique terroir of our estate on Atlas Peak in the Napa Valley.

Planted on an old volcanic flow with copious marine influence,  our vines produce low yields over an extended hang time. The result is a wonderfully expressive wine, packed with nuanced flavors.

Like its’ namesake, Pere is elegant and will age gracefully.
